Not trusting the phone number listed on the invoice, I went online to look up the company's contact information, and again believing the site at least to be legite, I called and was connected to a customer service ********** when the customer rep ************ was able to get access to my computer and clicked on the opened email on my screen from their end, I knew this was not how they should be doing business. On 6/12/23 I recieved an emailed invoice stating that this amount will be deducted from my banking institution in the amount of $492.80 claiming to be from Norton LifeLock. Since I am aware of several scams, I deleted the email not having never done any business with this company.
